• -p path, --path path — Specify the base path to the Synolog data cache.
• --org ORG — One or more organisms with a specific annotation (or a comma-separated list of orgs), must match gene model directories in the synolog data cache.
• --blast-type {blastp,blastn,tblastx,tblastn} — Specify the type of BLAST to run [default: blastp]
• --blast-path path — Specify the path to the BLAST executables.
• --queue-name QUEUE — Queue to submit BLAST jobs [default: 'secondary'].
• --queue-acct acct — Specify an account to pair with the queue.
• --queue-walltime — TIME How much time should be requested for each BLAST job from the scheduler [default '4:00:00', 4 hours].
• --queue-cpus CPUs — How many CPUs to request from the scheduler for each BLAST job [default 4].
• --queue-bin PATH — Path to the queue submission binary [default 'sbatch'].
• --word-size WordSize — Word size for the BLAST algorithm [default: BLAST default]
• --non-coding-rnas — Perform BLAST jobs on non-coding RNAs
• --force — Overwrite existing BLAST results.
• --keep-files — Keep temporary files used to submit BLAST job to scheduler.
• --dry-run — Just write the submission scripts, do not submit them to the scheduler.
